Meet Justin
Born and raised in the Cedarburg area and a proud UW-Oshkosh grad, Justin has spent over 11 years perfecting his craft, — starting with a 5-year apprenticeship at Belman Homes, followed by years of hands-on experience in general contracting and custom finish carpentry.
In Spring 2025, he turned a lifelong passion for building into Endurance Build & Remodel, — a company built on craftsmanship, collaboration, and bringing beautiful spaces to life. Whether it's a custom home, addition, or remodel, Justin’s goal is simple: help clients turn their vision into reality.
What does he love most? The people — both the clients who trust him with their homes and the talented teams who help make each project happen.
When he’s not on the job site, you’ll Justin spending time with his wife, Kayla, or out on the trails competing in mountain bike races, where he brings the same energy, endurance, and dedication to his rides as he does to every project.

What began as a one-man operation with a set of tools and a passion for craftsmanship has grown into a trusted company known for its quality work and personal touch.
With decades of experience in general contracting, carpentry, and custom builds, our founder built this business the same way he built his first projects — carefully, deliberately, and with pride in every detail. Over the years, the team grew, but the vision stayed the same: to deliver projects that stand the test of time and relationships that do, too.
From full-scale renovations to ground-up custom homes, our story is written in every beam, board, and detail we craft. A—and we’re just getting started.
